Attention Defending Attorneys: We strongly suggest that you deposition the assignors and the person that notarized the assignments on ALL faxes.  Remember to request a copy of phone bill showing ownership of phone line by assignor at the time fax was alleged to have been received.  Check to insure that assignments have not been altered.  Get copies of the original faxes (front and back).  Many Fax Litigation firms use a bate/client file numbering system, you want to insure that they have properly kept track of the assignment associated with each fax.  Insist on copies with no information cut off (like the header information).  Set up a time to view the original assignments, if originals can not be produced, they may not have a case.   Please consider letting us know of assignment problems discovered at Member Area Form.
